Art Classes For Children At Daina Art Studio

Welcome to Art classes for children at Daina Art studio in Littlehampton! We offer weekly creative sessions where children explore drawing, painting and clay works in a relaxed and supportive setting these classes help build imagination, confidence and fundamental art skills while encouraging new friendships. 

Art classes are for kids from 5-18 years old. Below is a list of the days and times that I run the classes (please note that some times could be fully booked).

Tuesdays: 4.30PM – 5.30PM / 6PM – 7PM
Wednesdays: 4.30PM – 5.30PM                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Fridays: 4.30PM – 5.30PM / 6PM – 7PM
The fee is £13 per child/class & all materials are included.

Art Workshops & Courses For Adults At Daina Art Studio

Would you enjoy experience the mindfulness benefits of arts? Or perhaps some quality creative “me time” sounds appealing?

Here at Daina Art studio we offer friendly, engaging sessions that are carefully designed for complete beginners to intermediate level students. We will cover a wide range of topics and use a variety of mediums such as charcoal, watercolour, gouache, acrylic and more.

My availability for adult art classes are as follows:

Wednesdays: 1PM – 2.30pm & 6.30pm – 8pm                                                                                                                                                                                                  The fee is £20 for the regular art classes.                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Thursdays:     1PM – 2.30pm & 7pm – 8.30pm (booking only)                                                                                                                                                                          Pottery and hand-building sessions suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced, learn techniques, for creating bowl, figures, decorative pieces and more- all in a friendly studio setting. 

Price: start from £35, includes one firing

Pottery Classes At Daina Art Studio

In these pottery classes you’ll be hand building a set of plates or something of your choice (medium size). You’ll be rolling and forming clay through to firing and glazing to create a stunning gift or functional item for your home. Once fired you’ll have the opportunity to glaze your work. These pottery classes are taught in two, 2hr sessions totalling 4 hours and will run over 2 consecutive weeks (2hrs & 2hrs).

Thursdays:     1PM – 2.30pm & 7pm – 8.30pm (booking only)                                                                                                                                                                          Pottery and hand-building sessions suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced, learn techniques, for creating bowl, figures, decorative pieces and more- all in a friendly studio setting. 

Pricing: £30 for the first hour then + £5 for every further 30 mins.

What’s Included: Pricing includes the cost of all materials and one firing. If you want your creation glazed it will be and additional £10 after the first firing.

Collection of work: Most pieces are ready in about 10-14 days after your class has finished, but please be patient as fewer classes are taking place the longer it will take me to fill the kiln for firing. This is a hand building class and therefore a potters
wheel will NOT be used.
